Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. We pick up the cost worldwide.

• We process and ship orders within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays), according to Shopify’s standard timelines.

• Orders placed after 3 PM GMT+3 begin processing the next business day.

Note: Times exclude holidays, customs delays, or other carrier interruptions.

📦 Tracking & Updates

• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships.

• Track your parcel using that link, or contact us at info@modernova.co for assistance.

💸 Duties & Taxes

• Your order may incur import duties or taxes, depending on local regulations.

• These are not included in the checkout price and are borne by the customer.

• To ensure transparency, we recommend enabling Shopify’s Delivery Duties & Taxes setup in your admin.

📌 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed beyond estimates, please email info@modernova.co within 30 days of shipping with your order number and tracking link. We will resolve it- whether by reshipment or refund.

• We do not ship to:

  • P.O. boxes

  • Military APO/FPO addresses

  • Incomplete or unverified addresses

• Certain remote or restricted locations may face longer delivery times or additional fees.
